At Theory Skate Shop, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear. If your purchase isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure all items are in original, unplayed condition with tags attached; decks must still be in shrink wrap and shoes must not show any grip tape wear.

• 2.
  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our shop staff inspects the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit for your next session.
