How much is shipping for skateboards and decks?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all decks and free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States.
Do you offer professional assembly for completes?
Yes, if you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings together, you can request free assembly in the order notes at checkout.
What is your return policy on used skate gear?
We only accept returns on unused items in their original shrink wrap. Once a deck has been gripped or skated, it is no longer eligible for return.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Theory Skate Shop ships to the US and Canada. International rates and duties are calculated at the time of checkout.
What should I do if my deck arrives warped or damaged?
Please inspect your gear immediately upon arrival. If there is a manufacturer defect or shipping damage, contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
